Director of Development, Big Table Community
When Tricia was referred to Big Table, she was in desperate need of a new vehicle. Her ’92 Audi was on its last leg; the transmission failing. She had to work hard to keep it running, adding oil often. Tricia, along with her two sons, suffered through a cold winter with no heat in their vehicle plus a summer with no air conditioning and no way of rolling down the windows.
Tricia knew she needed something safe and reliable, but didn’t feel comfortable car shopping and didn’t know where to start. She had also recently found out that one of her sons needed to be seen and treated at Seattle Children’s Hospital, so timing was crucial. Union Gospel Mission Motors was the perfect place to find Tricia a car. There were an array of options, fair prices and honest sales people providing full transparency of each vehicle’s history. In discussing the options, we found out that Tricia dreamt of having a van that would allow her extra cargo space to carpool for her sons’ soccer games, and take her boys on camping adventures in the summer.
UGM Motors had the perfect van for Tricia, a dream come true!
Thank you so much, Tom, and all of our friends at UGM Motors for your kindness and support. Tricia will be forever changed by the experience she had finding the perfect van at UGM Motors, and we are forever grateful!
Thank you for partnering with us to transform a life!
Sincerely, Your Big Table Friends
